Kang Mina Says Goodbye to Jellyfish Ent & Maybe Joins Seo In Guk’s Agency!
Kang Mina is quitting Jellyfish Entertainment, the company she has worked for for years.
Based on a statement issued on May 15 via Jellyfish Ent, “Our contract with star Kang Mina will expire at the finish of June. Both parties have decided not to extend the contract following discussions.

Later, it was revealed that Kang Mina is planning or joining (SJ) Story J agency, where other actors also part of that agency involving Seo In Guk also Kim Tae Hee & others. The Story J Agency replied, “It’s accurate that we met with Kang Mina & we’re positively talking about a contract. Nothing has been verified yet, though.
About Kang Mina
She made her debut with I.O.I following placing 9th in “Produce101,” program; afterwards she joined the Jellyfish Ent girl band “Gugudan,” which was later disbanded back on 31 Dec 2020. Furthermore, Kang Mina worked as an actress & appeared in a number of plays, among them “Hotel Del Luna,” plus “Moonshine,” also “My Roommate is Gumiho,” & “Café Minamdang.”
Lastly, Kang Mina is now negotiating to take the lead role in the television series called “Welcome to Samdalri,” which also features Ji Chang Wook & Shin Hye Sun.
