SM Ent disclosed plans for EXO upcoming comeback MV shooting.
EXO’s group mv will continue to be filmed as planned.
Furthermore, EXO’s members namely, Baekhyun, Xiumin, & Chen gave SM Ent notice that they were ending their exclusive contracts & agreements.
Plus SportsSeoul stated that the coming music video set for June 2 shooting was likely going to be delayed. They also claimed that an mv has already been recorded & is complete.
SM Entertainment statement
SM Ent addressed the information by confirming that “the (mv) music video shooting will be conducted according to plan featuring the 7 EXO members.” Additionally, Kai just joined the military to finish his required duty.
Baekhyun, Xiumin, & Chen contract termination
However, Baekhyun, Xiumin, & Chen submitted a contract ending notice with SM on 1st June. But in reply, SM published a statement expressing suspicion that a 3rd party was liable for their agreement’s cancellation adding an additional, more in-depth statement disputing the reasons given by the team members for the cancellation of their agreement/ contracts.
