The trio of stars Yoo Yeon Seok, with Lee Jung Eun, plus Lee Sung Min -the trio will work on the series named “Unlucky Day,” adapted from the same-named Naver Webtoon, which is acknowledged as one of Korea’s largest thriller webcomics.
In “Unlucky Day,” cab driver OhTaek picks up a wealthy passenger going to Mokpo & learns on a route that the passenger is a serial murderer. Shooting will be supervised by GamSung, a director who made an impression with the movie “Hostage.”
HyukSoo, a serial murderer who tells cab driver OhTaek to drive him to location Mokpo because he can sneak out just after hiding the murder (HyukSoo) did, is acted by Yeon Seok.
Next, Lee Sung Min– he portrays the character of OhTaek, a cab driver who gets paid 1M won to drive a customer all the way to Mokpo. OhTaek, that day had fortunate dream regarding a pig (actually, this dream symbolised wealth).
Lastly, Lee Jung Eun portrays SoonGyu, a mom on the search for HyukSoo, a guy responsible for her son’s murder.
A release of “Unlucky Day” is scheduled for the 2nd half of this year (2023).
